1.1 By booking a tour through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
1.2 We offer one-day tour packages tailored primarily for family-oriented travelers and senior citizens.
1.3 Vijay Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services or content on the website without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our website. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour details. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at vijaytourstravelsin@gmail.com.
2.2 Payment Terms
All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Payment can be made via our secure online payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the tour package you have selected.
2.3 Price Changes
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing, tour prices may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., fuel costs, entry fees). If a price change affects your booking, you will be notified promptly, and you will have the option to either accept the adjusted price or cancel the booking for a full refund.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Customer Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email at vijaytourstravelsin@gmail.com. Cancellation fees may apply based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date:
- 7 or more days prior to departure: Full refund.
- 3-6 days prior to departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days prior to departure: No refund.
3.2 Cancellations by Vijay Tours & Travels
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). If we cancel your tour, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date.
3.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that delays in bank processing may affect the timing of the refund’s appearance in your account.
4. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
4.1 Inclusions
Our tour packages typically include transportation, meals, entry fees for specific sites, and Darshan arrangements for the Tirupati Balaji temple. Exact inclusions are detailed in each package description.
4.2 Exclusions
Our tour packages do not include personal expenses, optional activities, or tips/gratuities unless specifically stated. Any additional charges incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process. Any inaccuracies that lead to booking issues or additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.2 Behavior Standards
We expect all travelers to behave respectfully toward others and follow instructions provided by our staff. Unruly or disrespectful behavior may result in the termination of your tour without a refund.
5.3 Health and Safety
Customers are responsible for their health and fitness during the tour. If you have any specific health conditions or mobility restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations where possible.
6. Travel and Safety Policies
6.1 Insurance
We recommend that all travelers have adequate travel insurance to cover unexpected incidents, including trip cancellations, health issues, and accidents. Vijay Tours & Travels does not provide insurance coverage for customers.
6.2 Travel Documents
All customers are responsible for having the required travel documents (e.g., identification) for the tour. Vijay Tours & Travels is not liable for any losses due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
6.3 Safety Compliance
Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers. Vijay Tours & Travels will not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vijay Tours & Travels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or tour services. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage or loss resulting from missed bookings, accidents, delays, cancellations, or changes to travel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2 Our liability in connection with a tour booking is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that booking. In no event shall we be liable for any damages exceeding the booking amount.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on vijaytourstravels.in, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Vijay Tours & Travels or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our website content is strictly prohibited. You may access and print copies of our website content for personal use only.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
